Road Trippin

I was bombing down one of my favorite dirt roads that runs alongside the Mighty Columbia River on my way to taste my syrah to see how close they were getting. The temp outside was roughly 92 degrees and Depeche Mode was on and everything in the world just seemed right...

Wow What A Busy Year

So busy in fact that I've once again deserted my post. Let's get up to speed. The winery is rockin, with 5 releases this year and all but one are sold out. The latest is halfway there also the V 2.0 syrah a release thats starting to edge up to the Vato in creaminess, a term your mostly going to hear in describing chardonnay, but none the less it applies. I'm getting plans and ideas together to release a Cabernet Sauvignon so my excitement is building again about its creation. The 2006 releases will be outstanding so check back soon on fun names and interesting miss nots coming. We are mailing out our first mailer just a simple note about the latest release and hope you all get a chance to taste it.

Well I've completely abandoned this blog

it seems and the winery has kept me very

busy,but I'm back to post absolute

nonsense. One particular note though

if anyone reads this and thinks of doing

something fun,try going to Harvey air

field in Snohomish and fly or better yet

learn to fly. The views around the area

are spectacular,especially around the

cascade range. When you go be sure to

turn the Ipod on to Porcelina.
